Why was my payment declined?

If you're having trouble paying with a credit or debit card, the payment may have been declined for one or more of the following reasons:

credit card:

- The cardholder's name and address do not match the billing details. Make sure you have entered all details correctly, such as card number, expiration date and CVV code, and check that the name and billing address are exactly as they appear on your card statement. - We need to issue a credit or debit card for payment by a US bank or financial institution, or your card is not authorized for international payments.

- Your card has reached the online transaction limit.

- Transaction page timed out.

- Leaving the page without completing the checkout procedure.

Paypal:

- Transaction page timed out.

- Leaving the page without completing the checkout procedure.

- Your PayPal account has insufficient funds or is not linked to any secondary option (such as a bank account or credit card).
