Our Materials
Waywalk shoes are created with recycled marine plastic that are responsibly sourced from certified parterns, packaged with post-consumer recycled cardboard.

1. To begin, certified partners we collaborate with recycle discarded PET bottles from the ocean.

2. Then, factory purifies the bottles before cutting machine chip the plastic into flakes, which are extruded later into threads.

into our high-tech 3D knitting
machine that contains our custom
design method and algorithm.
Safe, ethical, & sustainable factories
All of our factories are WRAP, Fair Trade or SA8000 certified, which means they meet certain environmental practices and pay their workers a living wage according to the Global Living Wage Standard.
